TERMS & CONDITIONS
OF ENROLMENT
1. DEFINITIONS used in this
document:
“The College” refers to Bill Healy
Travel Pty Ltd, trading as
the Bill Healy
Travel College.
“Student” means a
person enrolled in the course after payment of
the course
fee has been made to
the College.
“Conclusion date” is
deemed to be one calendar year from the
student receiving
their initial
training access password.
2. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF
ENROLMENT
2.1 All
enrolments on the course are subject to the
student accepting
the
College Terms & Conditions of Enrolment as
outlined in this document.
3. PAYMENT
3.1 Option One: Pay In Full
The course fee must
be paid to the College in full and funds
cleared
by
the College bankers before any initial
training access password can be
issued.
Payment
may be via either secure Paypal means, or as a
direct credit
into
the College bank account.
Contact the College if paying by
cheque.
3.2 Option
Two:
Instalment Plan
Whilst you
contract to pay the total course fee which
includes a $95.00
administration
fee, this may be made in three
instalments. First instalment
@
$800.00 upon enrolment, when
initial training access password can be
issued. The
second instalment @ $495 must be made one
calendar month
later. The
third instalment @$395 must be made 60
days from date of original payent.
Failure
to
make
the
second or third instalment payment by the due
date, will
result in all
training being terminated, and the
matter handed over to a debt
collection
agency.
Certificates can
only be issued when course fees are paid in
full.
The secure
Paypal
system
only may be used for this option.
4. REFUNDS
4.1 No
refund, in full or in part, of course fees
applies once payment has been
made and
the initial training access password is
advised to the student
which
allow commencement of studies.
5. COMMENCEMENT & COMPLETION
5.1
The course can be commenced by the
student at any time after they
receive their initial training access
password.
5.2
The student’s enrolment and
participation in the course concludes one
calendar year from the receipt by
student of the initial training access
password.
5.3
After the conclusion date no further
training may be undertaken.
No certificates can be issued and
passwords become null and void.
5.4
A student may complete their training
at anytime during that
calendar year prior to the conclusion
date.
6. ASSESSMENT & CERTIFICATE
OF COMPETENCY ISSUANCE.
6.1 The
Student must complete any mandatory
assignments and assessments
as specified by the College and submit
them to the College prior
to the conclusion date.
6.2
An appraisal of the student’s work will
be
undertaken by the College and the
student notified of the result.
6.3
At the successful completion of all the
units in each training system
a certificate of competency for that
system will be issued.
e.g. at the successful completion of
all the Galileo E-learning training,
a Certificate will be issued by
Galileo.
6.4
In the event of a student being
assessed as “not yet competent”, they may
undertake that assessment again until
competency is achieved
prior to the conclusion date.
7. ASSIGNMENT.
7.1 A
student must not sell, transfer, delegate,
assign, license, any right
under this agreement.
8. LAW & JURISDICTION
8.1 This
agreement
is governed by and is to be construed in
accordance
with the laws of Australia.
